Attachments and local materials
Only available, supported source URLs can be downloaded. Expired links, denied access, unsupported types and document panels without a usable download URL may remain unavailable. Optional images.openai.com access enables fallback attempts, not guaranteed recovery. Review missing-item details even if text was saved.
- Online: 16 MiB per file, 32 MiB per batch, up to 100 items; attempts share a 60-second budget.
- Local files attached in Manage: 64 MiB each, 256 MiB per batch, up to 100 items. Bytes stay in your vault; links are added to personal notes.
- No blanket support for all audio/video players or document panels.

Import size and duplicates
100 MB total input, 250 MB expanded ZIP contents and up to 20,000 ZIP entries. These are safety limits, not a promise for every device. Duplicate IDs prefer the newest known update; timestamp ties prefer the later selected record. Import one account export at a time, review the report and keep source files.
